Planet (Environmental Stewardship & Climate Strategy)

With three qualifications in sustainable forest management—a National Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, and MSc—I bring deep insight into responsible natural resource stewardship, climate change, and environmental best practices. Currently, I am completing a PhD in Nature Conservation, focusing on sustainable forest management, on-product ecolabels, sustainable production and consumption (SDG12), and the transition to a green economy. These foundations enable me to help businesses integrate environmental responsibility into their operations while navigating the evolving regulatory landscape.

People (Human Capital & Capacity Development)

Sustainable businesses are built on strong people strategies. My BCom Honors in Human Resource Management equips me with expertise in leveraging human capital and leadership development, while my Postgraduate Diploma in Educational Management and Leadership provides insight into organizational capacity building and effective skills development programs. Additionally, my National Certificate and National Diploma in ODETDP (Occupationally Directed Education, Training, and Development Practices) enable me to identify skills gaps, curate bespoke capacity-building initiatives, and align workforce development with business strategy.

Prosperity (Strategy and Operations Management)

Sustainability and profitability are not opposing forces—they are interdependent. My MBA specializing in Environmental Management and Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) provides a strategic lens on policy development, business analysis, and operational performance. Currently, I am completing a DBA focused on ESG in SMME incubators, which deepens my expertise in integrating ESG into business strategy for long-term success and competitive advantage.
